Xeni is an educator, writing mentor, and admissions advisor.
She earned her PhD in Comparative Literature from Harvard University and her BA with Honors in English from the University of Chicago. As a teaching fellow at Harvard, she taught undergraduates in English literature and the study of religion and received the Derek Bok Award for Excellence in Graduate Student Teaching.
Xeni has also spent more than twenty years homeschooling her five children, alongside teaching literature and writing and developing her own curricula for students. She now works one-on-one with students on college essays, selective admissions, and academic writing.
